KTC is Katy's premier triathlon, multi-sport coaching and group training. Training for youth and adults from sprints to ultra distance to achieve optimal results, whether your training for healthier lifestyle or to achieve a podium finish. The coach incorporates holistic custom tailored training plans that covers mental, physical, and nutritional aspects while incorporating strong teamwork and partnership. My Experience, Passion and Philosophy
Hi, my name is Fon Deuterio, USA Triathlon coach and founder of Katy Triathlon Club. I believe, as a coach, it is most important to know your athlete and custom tailor training to maximize results. Training athletes to reach their peak potential without setbacks, burnout or injury. Holistic approach focusing on mental toughness is an underlying practice in training.

Group Training sessions
$75 Yearly Membership
Join athletes of all levels motivated to improve performance and build new friendships along the way. Become a member for $75 and receive group discounts through business sponsors. The group training is fun and dynamic training geared to motivate and keep you working out and inspired.
Personal Training/Training Plans
Varies with Custom Trainin
Katy Triathlon Club develops its Personal Training Plans from benchmarks given at the beginning of the training to give you the optimum results. You will start training at your personal level of experience and athleticism. The drills and training are used by some of the most elite athletes. The group session fee is waived if you signed up for the personal training plans.
