Katy Triathlon Club develops its Personal Training Plans from drills and training used by some of the most elite athletes.
Adult Coaching- 3 types:
*One-on-One and Personal Training Plan-$25 per week
*Initial meeting and training plan- $15 per week
*Generic Training Plans- short to long course ranges from $50-$200
